  Log:
  Explicitly #define STDCALL_SUPPORTED to 1 on WinDoze, otherwise an
  "#if STDCALL_SUPPORTED" fails with a CPP syntax error. Strange, I
  thought that a plain #define without a value would mean the same as
  value "1", but perhaps this was an illusion or only used to be the
  case in my youth... :-]
