  Log:
  Switch to the fptools/libraries versions of CPUTime, Directory and Time,
  with internal modules Hugs.Directory and Hugs.Time that export primitives.
  CPUTime and Directory are thin wrappers.  Some functions in the old
  Hugs Time module have been moved into #ifdef __HUGS__ sections of the
  fptools/libraries version.
