My sense is that this isn't a heavily used module yet, especially so
since Hugs users don't have any hierarchial module name commitment
yet.  So this is one of those highly prized moments when we can do it
the right way instead of bowing to precedent.  (That said, I have no
opinion on what the right thing is.)

ps Ross: inside your conversion scripts there's a chunk of Perl which
replaces flat names with their new hierarchial names.  It might be
useful to make that available to people switching over.
