Imports/exports/hinding in the HEAD has been broken. The
following example (trying to hide MkBar from modules
importing B) used to work, but it fails now:

module A(foo, Bar(..)) where

foo :: Bar
foo = MkBar 42

data Bar = MkBar Int
----------------------------------------
module B(module A) where

import A hiding (Bar)
import A(Bar)
----------------------------------------
module C where

import B

baz :: Bar
baz = foo
----------------------------------------
ghc -c -Wall A.hs B.hs C.hs

C.hs:6: Variable not in scope: `foo'
----------------------------------------
