  Log:
  Disallow 'ForeignPtr' as an FFI argument type.  It has been deprecated
  for some time (withForeignPtr is the approved way to pass a
  ForeignPtr).  The changes I'm about to make to ForeignPtr will stop it
  working anyhow.
