Test for spam

Dear Cabal-devs
My earlier messages to cabal-devel was flagged as spam by the time it reached Michael and Carter.  (Perhaps others too.)
Gershom has fixed something in the mail server, so this is a test message to see if his fix worked.
Michael, Carter, could you let me know whether or not this email is flagged as suspicious?
