Cabal at BayHac 2017

Hello,

I am considering volunteering at BayHac to help people hack on Cabal,
though I don't know enough of the codebase to do it myself.  Is anyone
else interested in helping?  BayHac is April 7th through 9th in San

Let me know, and then I'll ask to have Cabal added to the list of
