[Haskell-cafe] Hackage Docs

Yeah.

I'm a bit mystified about this issue myself.

I've created a GitHub issue:
https://github.com/haskell/hackage-server/issues/478 inspired by this and
the other recent threads.

Hopefully some of the maintainers of the hackage library will respond and
we can get a plan together and make some progress here.
