How can I get SSH access to www.haskell.org to upload the Cabal user guide?

Looking here: http://www.haskell.org/haskellwiki/Haskell.org_infrastructure

It seems that haskell.org is hosted on lambda.haskell.org in the hezner
data center. It looks like Duncan is the owner of haskell.org/cabal.

You should be able to request shell access to lambda from the
haskell-infrastructure mailing list:
http://community.galois.com/mailman/listinfo/haskell-infrastructure

Although perhaps Duncan will see your request here and handle it.

When I've created shell accounts for people, I've needed:
  * requested login (tibbe?)
  * ssh pub key
