#895: Mis-parses curly braces in package description

Curly braces can be used to replace the layout rule in cabal file. This
features seems to go wrong when curly braces are used in the description
field, where they are also replaced by line breaks or something similar.

This is inconvenient for those trying to give good documentation already
 in the description, e.g.
 http://hackage.haskell.org/package/BlogLiterately
 and
 http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hamlet

Curly braces inside the description (or probably inside any field) should
be left alone; or at least some escaping mechanisms needs to be provided.
