 ones where appropriate (!HttpUtils.hs, Fetch.hs, ...?).

 Proxy servers return cached data. This is not good for our debugging
 purpose, and the [http://hpaste.org/fastcgi/hpaste.fcgi/view?id=9447#a9495
 updated revision] of POC module disables caching.

 I still cannot fix cabal-install though. :-/
