 The hmk package is written in literate Haskell and includes an lhs-boot
 file.

 http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hmk

 This boot file is not included in the source distribution by cabal.
 Renaming the lhs-boot file to end with a .hs-boot extension instead makes
 the compilation fail.
