Tried to do this:
runhaskell Setup.hs configure
with a simple .cabal file. It says:
$ runhaskell Setup.lhs configure
Configuring cabalfailure-0.1...
Setup.lhs: At least the following dependencies are missing:
network-multicast -any
In reality, however, the "network-multicast" is present on the system. It
was recently installed like this: "cabal install network-multicast"
This is also confirmed using ghc-pkgs:
$ ghc-pkg list
