patch applied (cabal-branches/cabal-install-0.6): Ignore PAX entries when checking for tarbombs

  * Ignore PAX entries when checking for tarbombs
  When checking for tarbombs, ignore PAX entry types 'g' and 'x'.
  These do not get extracted so their names do not matter.
