patch applied (cabal): Change preprocessModule to preprocessFile

  * Change preprocessModule to preprocessFile
  So we can stop pretending that "main-is: foo.hs" is a module name.
  Also allows us to deprecate ModuleName.simple which bypasses the
  ModuleName type invariant.
