darcs patch: Add docDirTemplate for inplace package config files

This fix is needed to write the proper haddock-interface: entry in
inplace pkg configs. I'm not sure whether it's the correct way to
solve this. If it is, please also merge to GHC's repository as GHC's
build bot report broken builds at the moment because of this.
