[C2hs] c2hs status and ghc 6.12

This is my fault.  I need to put the repo up at code.haskell.org and apply this patch.

Unfortunately, I currently I have no time to make a new release.  I'm not sure how the situation with Duncan is.  Otherwise, if anybody else is keen to fill the gap, that'd be great.
