[C2hs] Is the darcs repository consistent?

This is a problem with the handling of case in filenames in
windows/cygwin.  However, Ganesh Sittampalam prepared a modified version
of the c2hs repo a while ago that works around that problem.  I have
replaced the repo at

  http://darcs.haskell.org/c2hs/

with Ganesh's.  Please check whether that solves your problem.
