The problem is that c2hs.cabal is missing the field: "Build-Depends:
base,haskell98" (right after "Category:", preserving the newline before
"Executables:")

I don't exacly know if it is a workaround or a solution to a bug, but it
does make c2hs compile -- hooray :-)
