[Haskell-beginners] install from Hachage

Hi All.
I have to programmatically build and install a HachageDB package.
I've found some examples using "Distribution.Simple.SetupWrapper" but this module is no longer available in Cabal 1.10.x
Is there something equivalent I can use?
