Last but not least have a look at the Haskell wiki. It cointains many
stuff. If you can't find a page containing these recommendations add a
new wiki page and copy paste these steps.

A wiki is very important for most communities.

The most important thing to know about the Haskell wiki frontpage
(haskell.org) is that it tries to provide one click access to most
important data.

Wikis don't tell you much about programming - But no project will be
successful without a community.
