[Haskell-beginners] regular expressions

there seem to be a lot of regular expression modules:
Text.Regex.TDFA
Text.Regex.PCRE
Text.Regex.PCRE.Light

there is a bit info on how to use it in real world haskell but only for
the POSIX stuff (eg TDFA)

any suggestions or preferences?
