It is worth to note that this mailing list is about the arch-haskell [1] 
repository, you can find details on it at the given link. As Magnus already 
stated, 7.10.2 has been built for this repository some time ago. GHC is still 
version 7.10.1 for the official arch repositories, marked as out of date. For 
more information on it, you could try contacting the maintainer directly :)
