Haskell packages in Arch are out of date because the haskell repo depends
on packages in extra and in community, and beacuse of Haskell Platform. I
think that a six-month-cycle update is in contrast to Arch philosophy. We
should steak with the latest in hackage and it should be quite easy if
every package is in archhaskell repo.
