[arch-haskell] broken permissions (was: AUR Comment for haskell-pandoc)

apparently, "runhaskell Setup copy --destdir=${pkgdir}" installs the man
pages in $pkgdir without read access to anyone but root. That looks like
a bug in Cabal to me, and I'm not sure how we're supposed to fix that.
Does anyone have an idea?
