[arch-haskell] Heads up on building of Arch packages

It's worth keeping an eye on https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/17875
since the outcome potentially could require a complete rebuild of all
ArchHaskell (library) source packages:

Currently ghc ships with the haddock binary, but that isn't the
complete haddock package as found on hackage[1].  If Vesa does pull
out the haddock binary from the ghc package, and instead provide the
full haddock package, then all ARchHaskell packages that build docs
need to explicitly makedepend on haddock.
