[arch-haskell] For one of the Arch devs, please fix haskell-cgi

[Magnus Therning]

I just raised a bug against haskell-cgi[1].  I bumped into this as I
was trying to compile binary packages for all of haskell-platform.

Once this bug is closed I can upload the binaries to a public repo.
