I believe it's reasonable to support HP for those who wants more
stable and supported development platform with easy install via binary
pacakges.

Huh, latest haskell-testpack says: QuickCheck (>=1.0 && <2.0) and it
is dep for haskell-hdbc-2.2.2 (updated yesterday) on AUR which has only
QC-2.1.0.2. How is this supposed to work?
