[arch-haskell] introduction

since this list looks small i figured i should introduce myself after
joining. i'm brad, using arch for a while now (coming from freebsd), and
an intermediate-level haskeller for a couple of years now. if there is
anything i can do to assist haskell development on arch (testing etc),
