[arch-haskell] Repo with GHC 7.6.2

I've just put up a first attempt at a repo with GHC 7.6.2 (x86_64 only):

    [haskell-test]
    Server = http://www.kiwilight.com/haskell/test/$arch

Please take it for a spin and report any issues you find.

One known issue is that the documentation index isn't built properly.
I'm working on it, and hope to have a solution in a day or so.
