[arch-haskell] ghc 7.4.1 moved to extra

The same problem with ghc74 (I did not use [testing] -- only [ghc74],
[extra] and [community]).

You can try this with the haskell-gtk demos, e.g. the hello demo. Make
it, run it and push the button and bang -- Segfault.
