A decision was made that for most packages aur does not make sense. If
you do not find a package in [extra]/[community]/[haskell] then
cabal2arch is what will help you better in most cases. It will generate
PKGFILE from a cabal file (which you get from hackage). There may be
some cases when additional patches are required and in that case aur may
make sense but these should be rare. Actually, the orphaned haskell
packages should be removed from aur.
