[arch-haskell] Testing repo with GHC 7.6

I'm now removing [haskell-old] since those last packages which
prompted it's creation now have been added to [haskell].

If who's still using [haskell-old] has any problems in moving to
[haskell] I'd like to hear about it on this list.
