[arch-haskell] Issue with -fvia-C and binutils 2.21

I just thought I'd point out that the combination GHC 7.0.x and
binutils 2.21 isn't very good when using -fvia-C:
http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/5050
There are a few unbuildable packages in HABS due to this.
