[arch-haskell] AUR up to date

AUR is now up to date. About 1800 package updates occured.

The distro links on Hackage, and QA page will update soon.

    The next step of my plan is to get a few more people doing
    "arch-haskell" updates, and to start, I've started documenting the
    process:

    The bits that aren't solved, as I've mentioned before are:    

        * build status reports
        * the Hackage url table
        * the RSS feed of new packages

    If we can work out a good way for that meta-data to be updated
    by multiple, distributed users, we'll be in good shape.
