[arch-haskell] ghc-6.10.3 about to go to extra

Hey,

ghc-6.10.3 upgrade is imminent. I've already uploaded i686 (but didn't
update the dbs yet)  and rebuilt the following: cabal-install, haskell-http, 
haskell-zlib, haskell-x11, xmonad, xmonad-contrib

If you have ghc library packages, they will need to be rebuilt with the 
new compiler.

I'll build x86_64 packages on monday and update both arches then.
