cabal2arch now produces results like this for libraries:

    makedepends=()
    depends=('ghc' 'haskell-cabal')

for applications:

    makedepends=('ghc' 'haskell-cabal')
    depends=('gmp')

The issue was fixed at the start of the month, packages in AUR are being
incrementally updated.
