[Haskell-cafe] GSoC Haddock project

Hi all,

I am Qingbo Liu, a cs student from Colby College, ME.

I’m very interested in the Hi Haddock project and would like to work on it for the summer. Currently I have finished a draft proposal and I am revising it (Thank Alex Biehl here for his kind suggestions).
