I believe the answer is "pretty much".

I may have added one or two extra things since then, but it'scertainly 
not changed a lot. For a really up to date look at the spec check either 
the code in module.c in the interpreter, or Bytecode.Write in the 
compiler :)

If you do find any discrepancies let me know and I'll update that wiki 
page :)
