<p dir="ltr">It seems like CHANGES.md is a slightly less detailed version of <a href="https://wiki.haskell.org/Xmonad/Notable_changes_since_0.11">https://wiki.haskell.org/Xmonad/Notable_changes_since_0.11</a> . Probably they could reference each other, if they both should continue to exist.</p>
