I always have this trinity in my head: X-Server, Window-Manager,
Desktop-Environment.  We're working on the level of the Window-Manager. 
But mouse pointers, fonts, window-decorations, etc., I always think of
these as being the job of the Desktop-Environment -- not the
window-manager's job.  But I know that different people have different
opinions..
