[xmonad] ANNOUNCE: xmonad 0.8 released!

I have put packages of xmonad 0.8 for the current stable release of
Debian (Etch) on http://people.debian.org/~jps/stable .  I have not
tested them myself, but Andi has tested them and he says they work
fine.
