[xmonad] xmonad and the google summer of code

This sounds like a brilliant idea. I've often thought animating window 
moves and resizes would greatly improve user experience by making what's 
happening more visually explicit.

(That's not an offer to do it, btw. Alas, I have limited time. But I'd 
definitely make use of it if it were done.)
