[xmonad] Receiving duplicate bug reports

FWIW I've been seeing duplicates of some (not all; mostly, new  
issues) messages from the BTS.  Since my mailer *does* remove  
duplicates by message-id, evidently something odd is happening.  Next  
time it happens I'll look over the raw headers and see if I can work  
out what's going in.
