works with GHC 8.8+<br>

Both bz2 and bzlib implement bzip-signature
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://hackage.haskell.org/package/bzip-signature">http://hackage.haskell.org/package/bzip-signature</a>), which as of
cabal-install 3.2.0.0 is a good option if you want to try bz2
"risk-free"<br>
