[core libraries] Call for Nominations

I'd like to re-nominate myself to the core libraries committee. My interest
is seeing continued stability and improvements to the Haskell core
libraries, both for my work in the open source world, and for commercial
usage at FP Complete and its customers.

Apologies for having missed the fact that my position likely expired
previously, but I guess better late than never.
