[Hugs] #78: getCh

Of course, I tried that before sending a bug,
but it doesn't work.

For example,

 > getCh = do {hSetBuffering stdin NoBuffering;

 > getMyLine = do {x <- getCh;
 >                 if x=='\n' then

doesn't work in the expected way.
