The March 2004 archive is missing from 
http://www.haskell.org//pipermail/hugs-bugs/
and guessing the URL from the general pattern doesn't work.

Does anybody have a copy of the March messages?  In particular, I am 
looking for a possible reply to email sent by our support staff about 
a problem installing hugs under Solaris.  The thread appears to 
continue in April.
