Error compiling new hugs

I'm assuming that you ran the configure script with --enable-timer
(and really depend on that interpreter benchmarking feature.)

If so, try adding

#if WANT_TIMER
#include "timer.c"
#endif

somewhere after the #includes in runhugs.c
