The package Paillier (<a href="https://hackage.haskell.org/package/Paillier)" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="x_OWAAutoLink" id="LPlnk963398" previewremoved="true">https://hackage.haskell.org/package/Paillier</a> ) that provides a basic Paillier
partial homomorphic encryption scheme hasn't seen any updates since 2016. The package, as of now, is very simple and cannot handle very common payloads in Machine Learning examples such as real numbers or even negative Integers. If the original maintainer
Mr Li-Ting Tsai is no longer actively maintaining the package, I can take over, add support for real numbers (that is a non-trivial task) and add documentation to the package. I am not aware of any contact information for the author. Kindly let me know if
there is any way to contact the author to transfer the maintainership.</p>
